​In 2014 Rich Perspectives was employed by the Greater Jackson Alliance to produce conceptual renderings of what a Continental Tire plant might look like on acreage in Clinton, MS. We brought in Michael Jones with Sozo Architecture to develop a conceptual design for the building. The State’s bid to win the project was a success, and in early 2016 Continental Tire made a public announcement that it would be investing 1.45 billion dollars to build the plant in Clinton, MS. The company plans to bring 2,500 new jobs into the area.
